Friendly Cab provides private hire and transfer services including airport, seaport, station, city-to-city transfers, and private hire journeys across the UK.
2. Bookings
All bookings must be made in advance via phone, email, or our website (if applicable).
It is your responsibility to provide accurate pickup, drop-off, date, and time details.
Friendly Cab is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are agreed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
All fares are subject to availability and may vary depending on distance, time, or special requirements.
Any additional waiting time, route changes, or extra stops may result in extra charges.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations should be made as early as possible.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the nature of the booking and notice period.
5. Waiting Time
For airport and station pickups, reasonable waiting time is included.
Excessive waiting time may be charged at an additional rate.
Customers are advised to inform us promptly in case of delays.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must behave respectfully towards drivers and vehicles.
Smoking, alcohol misuse, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer may be charged accordingly.
7. Luggage & Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their own luggage and personal items.
Friendly Cab is not liable for lost or forgotten items left in the vehicle, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovery.
8. Delays & Service Interruptions
Friendly Cab will not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, or events beyond our control.
We aim to provide reliable and punctual service but cannot guarantee exact arrival times in such circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked journey.
Friendly Cab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Friendly Cab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective once published on our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
