1. About Us

Friendly Cab provides private hire and transfer services including airport, seaport, station, city-to-city transfers, and private hire journeys across the UK.

2. Bookings

  • All bookings must be made in advance via phone, email, or our website (if applicable).

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate pickup, drop-off, date, and time details.

  • Friendly Cab is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are agreed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • All fares are subject to availability and may vary depending on distance, time, or special requirements.

  • Any additional waiting time, route changes, or extra stops may result in extra charges.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations should be made as early as possible.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the nature of the booking and notice period.

5. Waiting Time

  • For airport and station pickups, reasonable waiting time is included.

  • Excessive waiting time may be charged at an additional rate.

  • Customers are advised to inform us promptly in case of delays.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must behave respectfully towards drivers and vehicles.

  • Smoking, alcohol misuse, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer may be charged accordingly.

7. Luggage & Personal Belongings

  • Customers are responsible for their own luggage and personal items.

  • Friendly Cab is not liable for lost or forgotten items left in the vehicle, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovery.

8. Delays & Service Interruptions

  • Friendly Cab will not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, or events beyond our control.

  • We aim to provide reliable and punctual service but cannot guarantee exact arrival times in such circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked journey.

  • Friendly Cab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Friendly Cab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective once published on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
